and expand their horizons. There are various clubs organized, managed and run by
the students for their holistic development. The variety and scope of the students
club reflect the diversity of the UBS Ludhiana community. The clubs act as a platform
that helps students to apply classroom learning, gain invaluable leadership, built
formal and informal networks with industry leaders and academicians, while exploring
career opportunities.

Business Club “Arthashatra”

The club comprises of proactive minds with excellent industry exposure. It aims
to hone the business acumen of budding managers. The club organizes business seminars,
business quiz competitions and discussion on changing business trends on regular
basis.

Hospitality Club "ATHITHYA ANUDAN"

“ATITHI DEVO BHAVO” defines the existence of this club. It is committed
to offer quality hospitality services to our revered guests. The club manages all
the seminars and management events right from there inceptions till conclusion.

Placement and Corporate Relations Cell “DIKSHA”

The placement and corporate relations cell forms the interface between the corporate
recruiters and the institute. The cell comprises of a team of students having a
strategic bent of mind and excellent industry interface. This team is headed by
a faculty member as a placement co-ordinator.

The core responsibility of cell includes preparing students for interviews, helping
them plan their career path and fostering cordial relation with the corporate. The
cell is committed to work rigorously for enhancing the placement prospect of every
student.

The club lives and breathes creativity and is dedicated to all the creative minds.
The club endeavours to bring out the talent of the students and encourage them to
develop insights which are necessary for holistic development of the personality.
The club is for everybody who can dance, sing, play or act.

Finance Club “YUKTI”

|
Yukti means a creative idea. A well thought idea can inspire thousands and bring
orbit shifting changes. The club encourages creative ideas and aims to polish the
financial acumen of the students through case study competitions, in-depth discussion
on various financial areas and through brain-storming sessions with experts in finance.

Marketing Club “BHAKTI”

‘Bhakti’ means devotion in an era where ‘customer is the king’; the club is devoted
towards finding new marketing strategies to cater the ever increasing demand of
the empowered customers. The club works to bring out the true marketing spirit of
the students through discussions, case studies, analysis of changing trends and
encourage students to develop new marketing plans.
